Awareness

Awareness has to do with getting out of auto-pilot. Mental health problems have triggers, or people, places, situations, bodily sensations, thoughts, or emotions that trigger or are related to the problematic response. Often the problematic response (e.g., anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors) seems out of control. Practicing skills to increase awareness of triggers helps to reduce the sense of confusion one often experiences in the face of mental health challenges, and prepares us for change.

Awareness

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
